By working with women who are making a difference to the environment, people's lives, the planet or socially through their business we are a part of creating huge change in the world.

We’re passionate about supporting these women because we know that by providing the support, education and guidance for one person like this to be a part of this program they will each then go on to help so many more women through their businesses and the impact will be magnified.

We believe investing in women is the key to changing the world and our aim is to change the world through working with women whose business or social enterprise has a positive impact on people’s lives, their local community, the environment, or the world in big and small ways.

We’ve spent a lot of time listening to women and creating a unique program that really works for them. We know that women do business differently to men and they have a range of different challenges due to their family responsibilities. Women also often have unique strengths such as creativity and intuition that we believe should be developed alongside more traditional business skills such as sales and marketing. We’re really doing something different to what other business accelerators are and the results we’ve seen from our graduates reflect that we’re on the right path.

This is the kind of program we wish existed when we were starting out. It didn’t exist, so we created it, and we are so excited to be able to share this with you.
